Motivational flexibility.
Work from anywhere

We offer hybrid working models – so you can get the job done in the office, from home or on the beach. If your responsibilities allow, you can work remotely whenever you want after consulting your line manager. That includes spending up to 30 days per year outside of Germany, elsewhere in the EU. And, if you prefer to be in the office, you can enjoy our modern workplaces designed to meet your every need.

Your time, your choice.
Flexible working models

Full time, part time or a four-day week – it’s up to you. Our flexitime model gives you the freedom to start a little later and finish a little earlier now and then. And, if you rack up some extra hours, you can convert your overtime into leave.

Time to get away – as standard. You can expect up to 40 days’ leave and the option to take a sabbatical. We also provide extra time off for special occasions, like moving home or your service anniversary. More time for you and your life – at ASAP, that’s a given.
