Talent Program

The first step in career progression with us is the ASAP Talent Programme. Does your manager believe you have potential? If so, our Talent Programme is the right place for you. It gives talented employees an insight into development opportunities that can advance their career along with training courses to sharpen their skills for the future.

Advanced Programme

In the Advanced Programme, we prepare employees to take on a management role within the next two years. In addition to preparing for leadership duties, key skills also play an important role.

  • Targeted preparation for management duties (either corporate or project management)
  • Professional presence and leadership qualities

Duration: approx. 1 year. Seminar series with four modules: Leadership culture at ASAP I Resilience for you and your team I Communication (presence and impact) I Change and conflict management

Leadership Programme

Whether company managers or project managers, recruited externally or appointed internally, all management staff at ASAP complete our Leadership Programme. It focuses on our ASAP spirit, our leadership principles, different leadership approaches for hybrid working and mental health awareness.

  • Living (and leading) the ASAP identity and the ASAP leadership principles
  • Detailed engagement with the requirements of management
  • Everyday leadership | Hybrid working and mental health

Duration: approx. 6 months. Seminar series with five modules: ASAP spirit and leadership at ASAP I Motivation and impact I Managers as team-builders and developers I Resilient leadership I Business etiquette I Mental health

ASAP scholarship

Works at ASAP – whether you’re working towards your first degree, your second or your third. Our scholarship enables talented minds with an interest in learning more to embark on university-level study. We award scholarships regardless of income and for the entire duration of the programme, whether you study full time or alongside your work. What’s more, we provide time for study – releasing scholarship holders from their duties, reducing their hours, or even allowing them to take time off.
